I have read it somewhere that the greatest miracle ever done is the salvation — and the best news is that it was our God who fulfilled it.
The moment Jesus died on the cross, he pays for sins and cancels the curse — and when Jesus rose from the dead, He reverses the effect of death, releases souls from the grip of Satan, and secures the eternity. That was the greatest miracle ever completed.
When God parted the red sea, healed the blind eyes, raised the dead, and opened the barren womb, they didn’t require the death and resurrection of God’s only Son. However, to give out salvation, it demanded nothing less than the Holy Sacrifice.
Knowing this, it changes me — and I hope it changes you too.
Because I know how it feels like to desire something, but was too afraid to ask.
And yet, the thing is: whatever it is that you and I need, will never be too big for God.
You might feel like you are circling around in unsolved puzzles day by day, but don’t you ever put it past God to throw you a curveball.
He can, does, and will.
When you put God in equation, mountains get moved, storms get calmed, and any kind of heart will find peace that surpasses anything. He has done the greatest miracleever by giving you salvation–then, He can help you with whatever is troubling you. He has given you His only son, proving His true love for you–then, He is willing to lift up whatever is burdening you.
Therefore today, what is it that you want to ask God, but are too afraid? Do you need Him to restore your health? Or mend your broken relationship? Is it your kids you are worried about? Or is it your future? Is your business failing? Go ahead and ask! Be vulnerable. Weep, if you want. But remember one thing: for God, nothing is ever too big; nothing is ever impossible; nothing is ever too late.
So please be open to the possibility that God can, and will do anything He wants — and He has your best interest at heart.
Today, remind yourself of this,
And you will see His fingerprints all over your life.
